DigiShares was founded in 2018 in Denmark to democratize Real World Asset investments via blockchain technology.
At the time, the founders wanted to create a platform to widen access to investments in local start-ups, but no legacy software provider could match what they were looking for… so they decided to build their own tech stack!
Since then, DigiShares has created the leading white-label platform for Real World Asset tokenization, investor management and trading via smart contracts. The company expanded to all continents, with main offices located in Aalborg, Copenhagen and Miami. Today, DigiShares Inc in Florida is the headquarters.
With its RealEstate.Exchange project, the company now aims to make investments in Real Estate more liquid, which is a key component to democratizing access to the asset class.

DigiShares는 블록체인 기술을 통해 Real World Asset 투자를 민주화하기 위해 2018년 덴마크에서 설립되었다.
당시 창업자들은 지역 스타트업에 대한 투자 접근성을 넓히기 위해 플랫폼을 만들고 싶어했지만, 기존 소프트웨어 공급업체는 원하는 것을 충족시킬 수 없었기 때문에 자체 기술 스택을 구축하기로 결정했다!
이후 DigiShares는 스마트 계약을 통해 Real World Asset의 토큰화, 투자자 관리 및 거래를 위한 선도적인 화이트 레이블 플랫폼을 만들었다. 회사는 모든 대륙으로 확장되었으며 본사는 Aalborg, 코펜하겐 및 마이애미에 있다. 현재 플로리다에 있는 DigiShares Inc가 본사이다.
RealEstate.Exchange 프로젝트를 통해 회사는 자산 계층에 대한 접근을 민주화하는데 핵심적인 요소인 RealEstate에 대한 투자를 보다 유동적으로 만드는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.
