Mr. Clemence Kng is currently leading the Risk and Compliance function for Fraxtor Singapore, a company focused on tokenised property assets. The Fraxtor digital platform bridges investors and real estate investment opportunities originated by private equity managers and small to mid-sized property developers.

Previously he served as the first Associate Consultant for Egon Zehnder in Singapore. Egon Zehnder is a premier and world leading global management consulting and executive search firm that provides leadership advisory services and helps organizations identify, assess, develop, and place exceptional leaders.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder he served as the Singapore Head of Compliance for Interactive Brokers, and concurrently held the position of APAC Compliance Director for Governance and Policy. Interactive Brokers is a multiple award-winning leading American multinational brokerage firm that operates the largest electronic trading platform in the United States. Interactive Brokers provides access to 150 markets in 27 currencies, from a single integrated platform, to clients from over 200 countries and territories.

He started his professional career at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) after receiving their prestigious scholarship. He undertook 6 different roles while at the Authority, serving in legal, policy and corporate service roles among others. MAS is Singapore’s central bank and integrated financial regulator. MAS also works with the financial industry to develop Singapore as a dynamic international financial centre.

Clemence read law, receiving a LLB (First Class Honours) from the University of Warwick, and a MSc Law & Finance (Distinction) from the University of Oxford.

Egon Zehnder에 합류하기 전에는 Interactive Brokers에서 싱가포르 컴플라이언스 책임자로 근무했으며, 동시에 아시아태평양(APAC) 지역의 거버넌스 및 정책 분야 컴플라이언스 디렉터로 활동했습니다. Interactive Brokers는 미국 최대의 전자 거래 플랫폼을 운영하는 다국적 브로커리지 회사로, 전 세계 200개 이상의 국가와 지역에 있는 고객들에게 단일 통합 플랫폼을 통해 27개 통화로 150개 시장에 접근할 수 있는 서비스를 제공합니다.

클레멘스는 싱가포르 통화청(MAS)에서 장학금을 받고 경력을 시작했으며, 법률, 정책, 기업 서비스 등 다양한 분야에서 6개의 역할을 수행했습니다. MAS는 싱가포르의 중앙은행이자 통합 금융 규제 기관으로, 싱가포르를 국제 금융 허브로 발전시키기 위해 금융 산업과 협력하고 있습니다.

클레멘스는 워릭 대학교에서 법학 학사(최우수 졸업) 학위를, 옥스퍼드 대학교에서 법학 및 금융 석사(우수 졸업) 학위를 취득했습니다.
