Attorney Kim Donghwan has primarily handled various forms of contracts and legal advisory work related to technology commercialization in the IT sector.
He has also been involved in business structure consulting for various emerging ventures falling under the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution, including blockchain, MyData, and mobility. In addition, he manages compliance matters and supports companies in minimizing legal risks to facilitate their business operations.
Furthermore, Attorney Kim Donghwan has been actively engaged in volunteer work for several years with the “People Sharing Knowledge” organization and has made efforts in public service, including overseeing the “LG Multicultural School” program.

아울러 김동환 변호사는 자원봉사단체 “배움을 나누는 사람들”에서 수년간 활발히 활동하고 “LG 사랑의 다문화학교”과정을 총괄하는 등 공익 활동에도 힘써왔습니다.
