Inmoo Hwang is a seasoned executive with over 18 years of experience in corporate development, business strategy, management consulting, and economic research across diverse industries.

He joined ADDX in 2019 as Co-Founder and Head of Business Strategy and Growth, where he spearheaded the company’s fundraising initiatives and crafted its strategic roadmap to build a viable financial ecosystem. Inmoo played a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition—across both issuers and investors—and managing investor relations. In 2022, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, overseeing ADDX’s day-to-day operations. In 2025, he assumed the role of Group Managing Director, where he now leads the company’s business expansion and technological innovation efforts.
Prior to ADDX, Inmoo was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, advising companies across Asia on vision development, strategic planning, partnership structuring, and go-to-market execution.

Inmoo holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Seoul National University (SNU), as well as a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the same institution.

그는 2019년 ADDX에 공동 창업자이자 사업 전략 및 성장 총괄(Head of Business Strategy and Growth)으로 합류하여 회사의 자금 조달 이니셔티브를 이끌고, 지속 가능한 금융 생태계를 구축하기 위한 전략적 로드맵을 수립했습니다. 인무는 발행사와 투자자 양측을 아우르는 고객 확보를 주도했으며, 투자자 관계 관리에서도 핵심적인 역할을 담당했습니다.

2022년에는 최고운영책임자(COO)로 선임되어 ADDX의 일상 운영을 총괄했습니다. 이어 2025년 그룹 매니징 디렉터(Group Managing Director)로 임명되어 현재 회사의 사업 확장과 기술 혁신을 이끌고 있습니다.

ADDX 합류 이전에 인무는 보스턴컨설팅그룹(BCG)에서 프로젝트 리더(Project Leader)로 활동하며 아시아 전역의 기업들에 비전 수립, 전략 기획, 파트너십 구조화, 시장 진출 실행(go-to-market execution) 등의 자문을 제공했습니다.

그는 서울대학교에서 산업공학과 경제학을 전공하여 학사 학위를 취득했으며, 같은 대학에서 금융공학 석사 학위를 수여 받았습니다.
