KY Rhee is currently serving as the Group Head of IG Group in the Real Asset Division, a real estate investment division at IGIS. IG Group is developing and investing in logistics, hotels & resorts, offices, and data centers. With a total of about 17 years of real estate investment management experience, he has made 20+ investments and has experience in real estate investment worth 7+ trillion KRW(5+billion USD). Participated in the local STO special zone project and STO innovative financial service project in relation to ‘blockchain-based digital beneficiary certificates and loan receivables trading platform service’. Before joining IGIS, he worked at KT Estate and KT AMC. In addition, he leads the data research institute D-Lab and the ESG team at IGIS. He studied information systems at Yonsei University GSI and urban planning at Seoul National University GSES, respectively.

이기열 전무는 현재 이지스자산운용에서 부동산투자 부문인 리얼에셋부문의 IG그룹 그룹장을 맡고 있다. IG그룹은 물류, 호텔&리조트, 오피스, 데이터센터의 개발 및 투자를 수행하고 있다. 그는 총 약17년간의 부동산 투자운용 경력으로 약[20]건 이상의 투자와 약[7]조원 이상의 부동산투자 경험을 갖추고 있다. ‘블록체인 기반 디지털 수익증권과 대출채권 거래 플랫폼 서비스’와 관련하여 지역 STO 특구사업과 STO 혁신금융서비스 프로젝트에 참여하였다. 이지스자산운용 합류 이전에 kt의 부동산투자 법인인 kt estate와 kt amc에서 근무하였다. 이외에 이지스자산운용에서 데이터연구소 D-Lab과 ESG팀을 이끌고 있다. 서울대학교 환경대학원과 연세대학교 정보대학원에서 각각 도시계획과 정보시스템을 공부하였다.
