Ryan Kirkley is a visionary leader in the world of business and investment, with a proven track record of exits in MarTech, Blockchain, Apparel, and Machine Learning. Ryan began his career in Machine Learning and politics and is heavily connected globally to world leaders and elected officials. In 2021 Ryan launched Miami’s leading venture studio Cryptan Labs launching 7 companies in 18 months in AI and blockchain. He currently is President at Paxum a fintech blockchain solution working with major banks and capital markets.

Ryan has extensive experience in Venture Capital and is currently managing partner of a defense VC and partner at Perspective VC an RWA focused crypto VC. Previously Ryan was managing Parter and Cointelegraph Ventures (web3) and Lydian Group a 2 billion private equity group.
