Sandy Peng is the Co-Founder of Scroll.
She has extensive experience in management and blockchain investing, previously co-founding Fission Capital and serving as a Management Associate at Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
Sandy holds a BA in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and an MS in Law, Anthropology, and Society from the London School of Economics.
