Shari Noonan is Rialto Markets’ Co-Founder and CEO and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Rialto Markets is a FINRA-registered broker-dealer and SEC-registered Alternative Trading System (ATS) focused on private market digital securities.

Shari has extensive experience in building and scaling operations and products with Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Instinet, and was directly involved in the electronification of the equities market. She worked to develop many of the initial products in equities electronic trading, including the first ATSs, advanced algorithms, and electronic negotiations. She worked globally across the US, European, and Asian markets, with extensive experience in market structure and regulatory reforms across the major financial hubs.

Shari is the recipient of Marquette University’s 2021 College of Business Administration Entrepreneurial Award and the 2022 Markets Media Choice Instinet Positive Change Visionary Award. Shari sits on the National Board of Minds Matter, an organization that connects driven and determined students from low-income families with the people, preparation, and possibilities to succeed in college, create their future, and change the world. She received a BS in Accounting from Marquette University and an MBA from Columbia University, and she holds Series 3, 7, 24, 55, and 63 registrations.
